• Items being shipped out will be processed within 3-5 business days.
• You will get a confirmation email once your items are shipped.
• Items will be shipped via USPS
• There is a minimum shipping rate cost of $7.95. Shipping may be more according to weight of package. 
• Little Jill & Co is not responsible for lost packages. Please purchase shipping insurance if you are concerned with your items arriving to the correct location. 

RETURNS

• Little Jill & Co only provides In Store Credit for returns sent back within 14 days of purchase. There will be NO refunds put back on the original method of payment. This policy is in place because we stand behind our products and want you to find another item that is exactly what you are looking for. We add new styles often, and hope we can assist you in finding something perfect!

• Store Credit will be applied to your account within 3-7 business days after the delivery of your return. Store credit is located by name.
• Store Credit will NOT include the cost of shipping. If discounts were used, you will be credited the amount you paid with the discount.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer. 

• Merchandise must have original tags attached.

• Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, no stains or unpleasant smells.

• Accessories & Jewelry are FINAL SALE
